Terms of use
Terms for using PRN Scheduler
Effective August 17, 2026
These terms govern use of PRN Scheduler. A separate order form, subscription agreement, data-processing agreement, or negotiated contract may add or replace terms for a subscribing organization.
1. Authorized users only
PRN Scheduler is for authorized facility administrators and PRN staff who already work at or are approved by a subscribing organization. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, and use only the organization and facility access assigned to you.
A facility locator code does not establish employment, membership, or authorization. Access requires an invitation or administrator approval.
2. Scheduling and workforce decisions
Availability and preferences do not guarantee a shift. A clearance badge is an internal scheduling authorization and is not a professional license, public credential, employment verification, or substitute for the facility’s credentialing duties.
The subscribing organization—not PRN Scheduler—controls hiring, classification, wages, benefits, scheduling policy, credential verification, overtime, attendance, discipline, patient assignment, and all final workforce decisions. PRN Scheduler does not process wages or provide staffing agency services.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not access another person’s account, organization, facility, or records.
- Do not enter patient records, PHI, payment-card data, banking records, passwords, medical accommodation details, credential source documents, or unlawful content.
- Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, introduce malicious code, or misuse notifications.
- Do not use the service for discrimination, retaliation, harassment, unlawful employment actions, or decisions prohibited by policy or law.
4. Organization responsibilities
The organization must maintain accurate rosters, scopes, policies, clearances, assignments, approvals, notification consent, and account removal. It must designate an owner, promptly remove unauthorized users, train administrators, and configure the service consistently with its policies and applicable law.
The organization is responsible for its identity system, email and phone ownership checks, backup exports, operational continuity, and any required review by legal, privacy, security, HR, labor, and procurement teams.
5. Plans, billing, and suspension
Paid plans, limits, term, renewal, taxes, and cancellation are shown at purchase or in an order form. Except where an agreement or law states otherwise, fees already due are nonrefundable. Payment failures may begin a grace period and then place the organization in read-only mode. Data is not deleted solely because billing access is restricted.
Safety actions—such as callout, cancellation, declining an offer, and acknowledging a notice—may remain available during billing restrictions.
6. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, secure, improve, or discontinue features. Maintenance, providers, networks, customer configurations, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability. The organization should maintain an operational fallback for time-sensitive staffing.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided as stated in the applicable agreement and, otherwise, on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. PRN Scheduler does not guarantee shift coverage, worker performance, credential validity, regulatory compliance, notification delivery, or uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited by the applicable subscription or negotiated agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination and changes
Users may stop using the service. Organizations may end subscriptions according to their order terms. We may restrict access for security, nonpayment, legal risk, misuse, or material breach while preserving records and safety actions where appropriate.
We may revise these terms and will post the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated to organization owners. Continued use after the effective date means the revised terms apply where permitted.
