Our goal is substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is part of design, development, testing, documentation, and support—not a one-time certification claim.

2. Accessibility features

• Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, table headers, and status announcements.
• Full keyboard access, visible focus indicators, skip navigation, and accessible modal dialogs.
• Responsive layouts and touch targets designed for mobile, tablet, and desktop use.
• Text alternatives for meaningful graphics and icons hidden when decorative.
• Status information conveyed with labels and text, not color alone.
• Reduced-motion support and layouts that remain usable when text is enlarged.

3. Supported use

The service works best with a current browser and current assistive technology. Browser extensions, operating-system settings, custom facility integrations, old browsers, and third-party payment or messaging pages may affect the experience.

4. Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, use the contact form and identify the page, task, browser or device, assistive technology if relevant, and a way to reach you. Do not include patient or sensitive employment information.

We will acknowledge accessibility reports, investigate the affected workflow, provide an alternative when reasonably available, and prioritize corrective work according to impact.

5. Facility responsibilities

Subscribing organizations should provide accessible training, policies, support contacts, and operational alternatives for staff. Facility-created labels, instructions, messages, and imported information must also be understandable and accessible.
